This handbook is the guide FOCL’s Budget & Finance committee uses for the supervision and management of the organization’s financial transactions.  Procedures covered include:

  • Maintenance of all financial records
  • Overseeing the operational budgets of all committees
  • Planning for fund raising activities
  • Preparation of annual operating budgets
  • Managing investments
  • Reporting to the FOCL board
