www.VolunteerToday.com — Contains a variety of information for nonprofits that utilize volunteers, including information about engaging, managing and training volunteers as well as evaluating volunteers.

www.energizeinc.com — Contains a variety of information for nonprofits that utilize volunteers, including a resource library, information on recruiting and teaching volunteers.  Use collection of  quotes and words of wisdom to praise and encourage volunteers.

www.serviceleader.org – Operated by the RGK Center for Philanthropy and Community Service in the LBJ School of Public Affairs at the University of Texas at Austin.  Provides volunteers and the leaders of volunteer initiatives with high-quality information that furthers the study and practice of volunteerism.

www.ctnonprofits.org – Specific to Connecticut, contains information and resources through an online community, training and education resources.

www.nonprofitrisk.org – Wide variety of information about risk management for nonprofit organizations.  Includes risk associated with engaging and managing volunteers.

www.npgoodpractice.org – Funded by W. K. Kellogg Foundation to be a one-stop shop for innovative nonprofit practices. Nonprofit leaders can access interactive, hands-on tips, articles and profiled links and apply them to their organizations, including information on managing volunteers and obtaining grants.

www.Grantspace.org – a service of the Foundation Center in NYC, NY offers information and resources that are specifically designed to meet the needs of nonprofits and grant seekers.

www.riskinstitute.org -  Public Entity Risk Institute (PERI) is a resource for risk management, serving public entities, small businesses and small nonprofit organizations. PERI provides guidance through relevant and high quality publications, information, training, resources, and consulting services.
